Bargello-a-GoGo is on a mission to revive Bargello embroidery, which was hugely popular in the 60s/70s and this Mrs Peel inspired Bargello embroidered bag is a great accessory to make!
I decided to also provide an A4 printed version of this pattern as well as the PDF version, which gives you all the instructions required to create your own groovy Mrs Peel Bag.
Bargello embroidery is quite simple, yet really effective as you will see when you embroider this bag!
New to Bargello embroidery? Not a problem! This A4 printed pattern comes with a beginners guide to bargello embroidery, with detailed coloured photos, pattern charts and step by step written instructions to get you started in this vintage craft.
The finished bag measures approx 19cm Length x 7cm Depth x 15cm Height.

2 x sheets of 10 Count Plastic Canvas
2 x Size 18 Tapestry Needles

Precision Paper Scissors
1 x Black Faux Leather Adjustable Strap with swivel hooks
2 x D-Rings (for the strap to attach to)
1 x Bag Clasp with turn lock Screwdriver (suitable for the screw type to attach the bag clasp)
The pattern contains 34 pages (they are double sided so 17 printed pieces of paper in total) and the instructions are written in English.
The pages are numbered for easy reference and the pattern is printed on nice thick 120 gsm paper. The pages are secured with a cardboard backing and held together with a Rose Gold Bulldog Clip.
