The fashion photo on the front cover of this pattern book is a clear indication that this book was first published in 1975.
The book uses Anchor Threads although all you can use alternative similar threads from other brands such as DMC and Appletons.
There are no actual 'pattern projects' in this book. It only contains photos of actual bargello patterns along with black and white charts. The photos on the back cover are just example projects you could potentially make but there are no pattern instructions for them inside the book.
I've found this book a great resource of patterns to use in my own bargello embroidery projects, some which have now been released into embroidery kits.
If you're more experienced in Bargello Embroidery and are ready to design your own projects, this is a great place to start for patterns!
CONDITION - GOOD - There is a little sticker on the front cover that I've not attempted to remove (see photos). All pages are intact with no markings on the inner pages.
Please note that the video was of a previous book I sold of this title. The one currently listed is in better condition on the front cover to the one shown in the video. I have left the video on here so you can see the content of of the book, which is exactly the same.
